Review by hotel critic
My recent gourmet getaway at Hotel Daniela in Zermatt was truly a culinary delight. The gastronomic experience kicked off at Restaurant Julen, where I savored local specialties like lamb from the Julen's own herd-a true farm-to-table experience that resonated with my love for sustainable dining. The ambiance was charming, enhancing every bite. The array of options on the breakfast spread was a pleasant surprise. Sipping freshly squeezed orange juice from the Nespresso coffee machine was a morning ritual I eagerly anticipated. The pairing of excellent cuisine with cozy surroundings made each meal a memorable affair. Plus, being a Brit, the English breakfast tea available was a homely comfort I appreciated.Hotel Daniela not only exceeded my expectations in accommodation but also left a lasting impression with its delectable culinary offerings. If you're a food enthusiast like myself, this hidden gem in Zermatt is a must-visit for a taste of Alpine indulgence.
